You know, sometimes everything might seem to be too hard and too painful to bear. Days may seem like an eternity. Maybe you even feel like your heart has just turned into a lifeless rock and everything has turned sour. Music, it just doesn't do anything anymore. Conversations with friends quickly come to an end because you no longer feel they have any real meaning anymore. A helpful hand and kind words are truly appreciated, but you can't help but feel like that person is simply miles away from understanding what you're going through.
Sometimes, it's it just feels better if everything would come to an end. Doesn't it?
I know the medicine of suffering is bitter. And how could it be any other way?
But you know, all that will pass. And you will grow stronger. And if your vision is broad enough, you might learn that everything was suffered for a reason. You might even be able to realize that this bitter medicine was even choosed by The One Who Truly Loves You, because that Great Wisdom was able to tell that you needed it in order to grow in your understanding an affection towards you and toward others. At that time, the pain covered your eyes and you weren't able to see, but now you can truly see and you can truly hear.
It is said that "no snowflake ever falls in the wrong place". If that is true for a simple snowflake, even more so in our case.
My dear friend, trust me, everything will turn out to be OK. And if you're able to extend your imagination into a blissful future and see yourself as an older, caring and loving human being, I would like you to also imagine yourself traveling to this moment and upon seeing the present you, embrace the younger you and whisper to his(her) ear that you survived this moment. That everything will turn out to be all right.
I was there, and now I'm able to see. And you'll soon find that the best in our lives is yet to come ^_^
